MS, PT Corrective Physical Education & Rehabilitation
Orthopedic high level, hands-on P.T. performed on all areas of the body with specialized emphasis to the spine for orthopedic diagnosis. Brik Stratton, MS, PT has been trained under the direction of Steven Stratton, PT, PhD, ATC for advanced manual therapy techniques and progressive exercise/sports training. Also, there is regular study of the current evidence-based research sought out of peer reviewed journals so techniques and education are always cutting edge.
PT, DPT
Graduated from Clark high school where he excelled in football, baseball and track. He attended the Air Force Academy on a full football scholarship and transferred to Texas Tech. to complete his education. He received a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science and later received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the graduate school.
Kenny has 2 years experience in outpatient neurological and orthopedic sports rehabilitation. He possesses extensive knowledge with collegiate football and advanced weight training.
Kenny has worked with SRC since 2010.
PT, CKTP
Graduated from La Vernia high school. He attended Texas State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and later received a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. Matt studied under Brik Stratton for 6 months prior to obtaining his Masters. He is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.
Matt has 3 years experience working with pediatric and adult physical therapy while working in the Rio Grande Valley. He possesses excellent communication skills and knowledge working with the younger population.
Matt has worked with SRC since 2011.
Chief of Operations & Office Manager
Graduated from Devine high school and furthered her education through the University of Phoenix. She has 11 years of vast and diverse experience in multiple areas of the healthcare industry. Donna's experience includes of 2 years as a front desk patient receptionist, 3 years as a medical biller, 2 years as an EDI implementation specialist, 2 years as a software trainer, project manager and accounts receivables, and 2 years as Chief of Operations, Human Resources and Office Manager.

PTA & Team Lead
Graduated from Brackenridge high school and went on to attend St. Phillips College. She graduated with an Associates in Applied Science and obtained a Physical Therapist Assistance License . She began her career with Brik Stratton right out of school.
Roxanne has worked with SRC since 2005.
Excercise Physiologist
Graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1987 with a BS of Physical Education. Daryl continued his eduaction and received his Masters in Excercise Science. Daryl brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and has been with the company since 2001.
Previously, Daryl has worked in the same capacity with previous related companies since 1992.
Marketing and Clinical Liaison
Attended UT Health Science Center where he became a licensed paramedic and completed his pre-Med education.. He later attended San Antonio College and received his RN. Ken has 12 years experience as an RN in physical medicine & rehabilitation marketing and as a liaison. He specialized in orthopedics, geriatrics, & sports medicine.
Ken has worked with SRC since 2007.
Billing Specialist
Graduated from Cibola high school in Yuma, Arizona. She has 18 years experience in medical billing. Her knowledge is HIPPA and Medicare Compliance and possesses excellent skills pertaining to appeals, grievances, medical reviews, and patient accounts. She has completed an outpatient therapy CPT coding, billing and documentation education course for rehabilitation reimbursement.
Michelle has worked with SRC since 2011.
Gayle Forsbach (left): Is well versed in customer service and has excellent interpersonal skills. She has 2 years experience as a comptroller and 13 years as a legal secretary.

Paula Smalley (right): Is diverse in her working experience and has excellent customer service skills. She has 23 years total experience in child care and of those years 7 were in management positions. Paula obtained her MA certification through Southwest School of Business and Technical Careers. Since then she has been working in the medical field as a medical receptionist and patient relations coordinator.
Paula has worked with SRC since 2009.
Christopher Valdez - (Top Left) Attended St. Phillips College where he graduated as a register massage therapist specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage. He is a San Antonio Native.
Chris has worked with SRC since 2011.
